How much time should I expect to commit each week?

Fellows should expect to dedicate 5-10 hours per week. This includes weekly live lectures (90 minutes), mentor and peer group meetings, independent research and writing, and collaboration with teammates.

Live lectures are held on Sundays. We offer multiple time slots to accommodate different time zones. All lectures are also recorded and available to fellows who cannot attend live.

How does the mentorship work?

Fellows are matched into peer and mentor hybrid groups based on shared research interests. Your mentor has published at top AI venues and guides the group through literature review, research ideation, experiment design, paper writing, and the submission process. Mentorship hours vary by track: 7 hours for Apprentice, 13 for Scholar, 20 for Fellow, and unlimited for Distinguished Fellows.

Will my paper be posted on arXiv?

arXiv preprint preparation and distribution is included in the Research Scholar, Research Fellow, and Distinguished Fellow tracks. The Research Apprentice track includes preprint preparation for student journals but does not include arXiv. Scholar and above also include Google Scholar profile setup and citation outreach.

What if my paper is not accepted to a conference?

Conference rejection is a normal part of research; even established researchers face it regularly. If your submission is not accepted, you still have a preprint and we help you revise and resubmit to other suitable venues. The experience, the writing, and the publication record you build are valuable regardless of any single outcome.

There are four tracks: Research Apprentice ($1,499), Research Scholar ($2,999), Research Fellow ($4,999), and Distinguished Fellow (invite-only, fully covered). Pricing reflects the target publication tier and total mentorship hours.
